If you purchase online and the item is in original condition you may return the item for a refund within 30 days. If the item is purchased in store or by phone a 130 night comfort trial applies and not a refund. We will be pleased to help you make another selection. If you wish to return an item that has been taken or delivered, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days if it is in original condition and unused. A restocking fee will apply.
There is a charge for delivery/ pick up where applicable.

Orders for special sizes (any size other than twin, full, queen or king) are not subject to cancellation.
Orders for beds and headboards, and upholstered furniture that are ordered in are not subject to cancellation.

Linens (pillows, mattress pads, sheets, etc.) may not be returned unless unused and still in original factory packaging.
