Return and Cancellation Policy

If you purchase online and the item is in original condition you may return the item for a refund within 30 days. If the item is purchased in store or by phone a 130 night comfort trial applies and not a refund. We will be pleased to help you make another selection. Should you decide to return your mattress for a refund or do an exchange, simply contact Joanne Creighton, Vice President of Sales, and she will arrange a day convenient for you.

  • If you wish to return an item that has been taken or delivered, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days if it is in original condition and unused. A restocking fee will apply.
  • There is a charge for delivery/ pick up where applicable.
  • An administrative fee will apply.
  • Comfort guarantee exchanges are not subject or cancellation.
  • Orders for special sizes (any size other than twin, full, queen or king) are not subject to cancellation.
  • Orders for beds and headboards, and upholstered furniture that are ordered in are not subject to cancellation.
  • ‘Final sale’ purchases are not subject to cancellation.
  • Adjustable beds are not subject to cancellation.
  • Linens (pillows, mattress pads, sheets, etc.) may not be returned unless unused and still in original factory packaging.
  • All cancellations, returns and refunds must be approved by the head office.

Please allow up to 10 days for a cancellation and refund to be processed by head office.
