Return and Cancellation Policy

Money Back Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our 30 day money back guarantee or 130 night comfort trial exchange applies to all mattresses purchased online. Should you decide to return your mattress for a refund or do an exchange, simply contact Joanne Creighton, Vice President of Sales, and she will arrange a day convenient for you.

For a refund, you will receive a full refund at time of return. Should you wish our delivery service to pick up the mattress, a charge will be deducted from the refund. Mattress must be in original condition and a mattress protector must be used.

If you purchased the mattress in store or by phone, a 130 night comfort trial applies and not a refund. We will be pleased to help you make another selection.

  • Comfort guarantee exchanges are not subject or cancellation.
  • Orders for special sizes (any size other than twin, full, queen or king) are not subject to cancellation.
  • Orders for beds and headboards, and upholstered furniture that are ordered in are not subject to cancellation.
  • ‘Final sale’ purchases are not subject to cancellation.
  • Adjustable beds are not subject to cancellation.
  • Linens (pillows, mattress pads, sheets, etc.) may not be returned unless unused and still in original factory packaging.
  • All cancellations, returns and refunds must be approved by the head office.

Please allow up to 10 days for a cancellation and refund to be processed by head office.
